We know the outdoors is calling. That’s why we’re working like dogs to get your Ruffwear gear out the door as soon as possible. We strive to process orders within one to two business days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our delivery services are provided by DPD. We don’t deliver on non-business days (including weekends) or holidays.
DELIVERY AND THE CORONAVIRUS
Please note deliveries may be delayed due to the increased demands on our delivery partner. Our carrier DPD are now following a new contactless delivery method to and will no longer ask you to sign handheld units. Instead drivers will sign on your behalf when the parcel is delivered. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
Orders placed before 2pm. (UK) will leave our warehouse the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm. (UK) will leave the next business day.
We do not process or deliver on weekends or public holidays, and between Christmas and New Year orders may take longer to despatch.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Standard delivery in France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland is €7.90 and UK Standard delivery is €5. Delivery to these regions is free for orders over €80.
Delivery across the rest of Europe is available for €18. This includes Andorra, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemborg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Free delivery is not available in these regions.
Please note deliveries to Switzerland may incur additional local charges.
