The Roamer Lock™ Leash brings the same adjustable stretch-webbing and hands-free versatility as the original Roamer™ Leash, now with a locking Talon Clip™ for added security and peace of mind. Whether you're navigating technical descents or busy trailheads, the auto-locking hardware delivers an extra layer of confidence for staying connected.

Wavelength™ stretch webbing maintains a secure tether while allowing your dog the freedom to roam. The leash can be hand-held or worn around the waist for a dynamic, hands-free experience, and the side-release buckle is reinforced with an aluminum uniloop for an adjustable fit when worn around the waist.

This Leash includes Ruffwear's signature leash features like a padded handle, accessory loop for pick-up bags or small attachable leash accessories, and strong webbing that holds its color so it can be your favorite leash for years to come. Waist adjusts up to 48 in (122 cm).

    Great Leash For Everything

    This leash is incredible for everyday walks, hikes and backpacking. Easy to use, adjust and the elastic makes it much more comfortable for dog and human. I love that it is available in a length longer than 5'!

    Fantastic lead

    Amazing lead from Ruffwear. Comfortable to hold and copes with an 18 month old Labrador teenager, who loves to explore. Fantastic quality and the lock is second to none. The hands free option is great. Lovely colour. Definitely my favourite lead and the dog likes it too

    Best dog leash ever (for me; -)

    For me, this is the best dog leash I've had so far.

    Why

    - Very high-quality material, feels good in the hand

    - The flexible part means that you no longer have the feeling of having to carry an entire rope when wearing the leash, and you no longer feel as stressed when the dog wants to run faster than the owner.

    - The “Roamer Lock” is very practical (once you've figured it out), as the closing process is clear even in the dark (feedback -> you either have the ring or you don't). With standard leashes, it can happen that the ring is not hit (there is no feedback in the dark)

    - Pattern/color very nice

    All in all great.
